Orders

Where is my order?

Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. All orders are shipped the same or following day with Royal mail tracked service 48h or 24h depending on the service chosen at checkout. If you have not received your order within this time please contact us and we will look into it for you.

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately once the order is placed the delivery address cannot be changed by us. Once you receive a confirmation email from the courier you may have the option to change delivery.

Can I amend/cancel my order?

If you wish to amend or cancel your order please get in touch with us immediately, if your order has not yet been shipped we will endeavour to make any changes required.

I have a problem with my order

We’re sorry that things have not gone as expected. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible with any issues you are having.

I have received a faulty or damaged item.

Oh no! All of our orders are carefully checked and packaged to make sure they reach you in perfect condition. Please get in touch straight away so that we can rectify the situation

I only received part of my order

This is unusual, unless you have been notified otherwise, your whole order should be shipped together. Please get in touch so that we can investigate whats happened.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only offer UK shipping but if you would like shipping to another country we would be happy to look into this for you.

Please note that when shipping overseas any customs and import charges will be the responsibility of the customer and Lunita Home cannot be held accountable for any such charges.

What is a pre-order item?

Pre- order items are not currently in stock but by ordering you guarantee the item when it is available again.

The expected arrival of the item may be available on the item page but is subject to change. As soon as the item is back in stock you will receive a notification that your order has shipped. If you are ordering multiple items please note they will all ship once the pre order item is in stock.

Returns & Refunds

What is the refund policy?

We really hope that you love your products as much as we do, but if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from purchase to return the item for a full refund.

Please return the item with a reputable courier. Proof of postage is required as if we do not receive the item and proof of postage cannot be shown we will be unable to provide a refund.

Items must be in their original packaging, unused and in suitable resalable condition.

How do I return an item?

Please see the form you received in your original packaging for details on how to return your item, or contact us at hello@lunitahome.co.uk

Please package carefully in the original packaging if possible to prevent items from being damaged.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately we cannot exchange items, if you would like an alternative product the best way is to return the original item and place a new order.

Gifting

Can I order a gift card?

Yes, of course. We have eGift cards available here. You can pick the amount and the date that it will be delivered to your recipient

Can I have items gift wrapped?

Yes gift wrapping is available on all items. We use hand made wrapping paper and items will be hand wrapped with care. You can also write a personalised message which will be included on a gift card. (If you do not wish all items to be wrapped please indicate this in the notes).

Is the price shown on the packing slip?

No, as standard the prices of any item will not be shown on the packing slip that accompanies each order.
